By signing up for a service agreement with AMC, you and your company are guaranteed that AMC starts investigating and correcting any occurred problems with your applications or AMC software within a closer agreed time space.
Service agreement is your guarantee for the best possible up and running time on your application and/or your AMC software.
AMC service agreements can be signed with different summon hours, according to your wishes and needs. A typical AMC service agreement is with either a 4 hour notice or 8 hour notice, before AMC developers or consultants show up.
